As an accountant, I sit all day in front of the computer, typing in numbers and scrolling through endless bills, invoices, and other paperwork. And of course, after I come back home I sit on the computer again, to watch movies or scroll through social media.
Even if I do go out, it’s mostly in bars with friends, and what do I do again? Sit. Due to this kind of lifestyle, although I’m in my young thirties, a year ago I started experiencing stiffness in my back.
I first thought I must’ve caught a cold somewhere, but when it didn’t go away a couple of days later I blamed it on the change in weather. I thought I was becoming sensitive to weather and tried to ignore it. And ignoring a week-long stiffness is not the ideal solution…
One day as I was working in the office, the stiffness was no longer an ordinary mild pain, but it was kind of starting to bother me. I thought “okay, I should move around a bit and it will go away”.
But it didn’t. It went on throughout the day until I had to take a painkiller just to be able to fall sleep in the evening. In my mind, it was a one-time thing (how naive) and wouldn’t happen again.
The following days the same thing kept happening, but the pain and stiffness were increasing as the days went on.
I tried massaging the spot, stretching, putting a pillow behind me – nothing worked. So, I kept on with my self-medicating practice…
The pain started to worsen every week and it got to a point I couldn’t get up from my bed for hours at a time. I couldn’t walk straight, so I started staying home more often and even took a break from work.
And the worst thing was that no one could tell me what was causing my chronic back pain.
I did millions of test and screenings, and each came back with no clear cause of my pain. It just showed a mild inflammation in my lower spinal area, but the doctors said that shouldn’t cause the amount of pain I felt.
At one point, one doctor even recommended going to a therapist because I might’ve been imagining the pain! Imagine that!
All my friends had different advice on what I should do. Go to therapies, take pain medications, homemade creams, meditation. Nothing worked to the extent that let me live my life as previously – pain-free.
So, my only option was going to the doctor and getting pain-killing shots. And trust me, that’s not how you want your life to be like, going in and out of doctors’ offices. I had to find something that could help me long term. Something that wouldn’t cost me a fortune and wouldn’t take too much of my time because I had neither of those. And I found it in a totally random place, unexpectedly.
One day, as I was waiting at the doctor’s office to get my regular shot, there was a person there that looked quite different than the rest of us dull-faced, tired people.
He was smiling. I thought to myself “who on earth is that happy to be at the doctor’s?”. Turns out, that was a regular patient that usually went there to get his prescriptions for his back pain, but he was pain-free now.
When he entered, I overheard him say stuff like “amazing”, “it’s great”, “no, no pain”, so I guessed he found the miracle cure. So, when he went out I decided to stop him and ask him if he did indeed find something that helps cure the pain. And that was the best decision I’ve made in my life so far.
He immediately started explaining about a program he was using and how it helped him get rid of the pain. And the best part – it only took 16 minutes to do! If someone had told me some simple program would cure me, I would usually laugh.
But, I saw this guy and how happy he was, so I knew this was a chance I couldn’t afford to miss. He told me the website where I can purchase the program and the first thing I did when I got back home is going to that website. I read as much as I could before ordering it.
What’s Included In/With My Back Pain Coach
The program is a 16-minute video demonstrating simple 2-minute exercises. It’s developed by Ian Hart, an athlete who suffered from chronic back pain that deemed him unable to become successful at what he most loved doing – playing basketball.
Ian, along with a Serbian athlete named Bojan, developed these 8 exercises that help fight chronic back pain – now known as My Back Pain Coach program. After reading a few reviews on this product, all of which were just pure amazement and satisfaction, I decided to order it. After all, I did see that gentleman at the doctor’s office and the price was more than affordable.
I expected to get only one DVD with the exercises, but when it arrived, the package contained multiple things. It had an additional 10 videos with targeted coaching, which also included a free one-on-one session (usually costing up to $150). There were other programs included such as the “begin your day” program, as well as other bonus videos to further help with your back issues.
I got an immediate access to all the videos they had on the Web, current and future ones. I thought $37 was pretty cheap as it was, but together with all these additional things, the program proved to be a true bargain.
I started practicing and doing the exercises every morning before work. The first week, I didn’t feel a lot of results other than soreness in my back and leg muscles. I thought about giving up and that this was just one more in the line of things that didn’t work, but I was so desperate to get rid of the pain that I had to try everything I could. And that was the second-best decision I’ve made in my life so far.

Two weeks into the program the soreness in my back started to disappear, and I noticed the pain became softer and less intense than before. As I kept doing these 8 exercises (that btw require literally no effort to do after a few days), I began to be able to move more lightly as before. Certain movements I couldn’t do before didn’t cause pain anymore and I became more flexible.
24 days into the program, I was finally able to go through the day without taking any pills. The doctor’s appointments and the gruesome shots started to become a thing of the past.
I was now able to sit through a day of work without having to get up and stretch to alleviate the pain. And, after a month and a half of taking it, last week I did something I hadn’t done in a while – I was able to go out with my friends again!! I even wore high heels an didn’t feel as my back would crack in any minute (let’s be honest, even “normal” people feel this when wearing high heels).
I was finally getting a grip on my life again and was in full control of it. Those of you who have felt any type of chronic pain know that there isn’t a better feeling than that.
I was no longer a prisoner in my own body, forced to lay down all day and take shots just to be able to get through the day. Even my friends started practicing the program, and they aren’t even suffering from any pain. They say it made them feel better and have more energy too.
I believe that if I continued to be as I was 2 months ago, my life would take a bad turn. The pain was the greatest factor in my life, which caused me to become moody and unwilling to even talk to anyone.
I felt as if I was becoming a burden to everyone and started avoiding them. I was feeling so miserable having no control over how my body acted and how I felt, and I don’t know how much longer I would’ve been able to keep it up.
I was so lucky to be that day in the doctor’s office while that gentleman was and that I decided to stop him. Now I regularly recommend the product to anyone, even those who don’t have any back pain. It really does make you feel better about yourself, both inside and out.
Conclusion: Very Happy With My Back Pain Coach
