As a kid, I was always the chubby one in the family. You know, the one that the whole family loves to tease and make jokes about.

While it didn’t bother me when I was 10, once I got to puberty, I started looking at my body differently, and having someone constantly comment about my weight made me subconscious about the way I looked.

I talked to my sisters about my weight issues, but they just blamed it on puberty and said it’s normal. So, I brushed it off and hoped for the best.

Benefits of the Half Day Diet

There are so many positives that I don’t know where to start.

There are just a handful of diets that let you design your food plan like this one. I’m now 3 months into dieting, lost 35 pounds (I know, wow) and I couldn’t be happier with how far I’ve come, both physically and mentally.

Since the program said it focuses on inflammation, I began reading about that too (yes, I love to read).

Many of us don’t even realize we have chronic inflammation because it has no evident symptoms other than some general ones that can relate to many other conditions.

My weight-loss story is one that many can relate to and find themselves in. I’ve been always struggling with weight ever since I was a young girl, but nothing major.

You know, reading those success stories and how every nutritionist portrait the process, it all seems so easy, so I was very hopeful in the beginning.

Damn, I was even eager to start dieting!

How The Smoothie Diet Works

The way this works is that instead of eating high-calorie food that contains tons of fat and grease, I was eating only clean food, mostly fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

These gave me everything my body needs but didn’t have the harmful carbs that are bad for my body and my health.

I was constantly getting informed on everything throughout the program, so I found out that when your body is starved, which is the case with many diets, the next time you eat in order to protect itself, it stores more fat, which ultimately makes you fatter (so that’s why it didn’t work!).

Oh my. Just writing this my hands are trembling from excitement. Me and Eric finally decided on getting a date for the wedding.

My Review: Here’s My Thoughts and Opinions On Organifi Green Juice…

As someone who has always been struggling with a floppy belly her whole life, I couldn’t help but write this review about an amazing product I tried.

Shakeology, Green Vibrance, Herbalife…I’ve honestly paid thousands of dollars on things that simply don’t work, and after trying and trying I was close to giving up.

But, one day as I was scrolling through the Internet I came across an ad for Organifi Green Juice.

I was like “hmm, let’s see what this is now”, without any plans on ordering it.

First, I was really surprised at the high price, but when I read it’s made of 100% organic herbs, I understood why it was higher.

Prices for organic things are always more expensive than regular products, and it’s an expected price to pay for something that healthy.

So, I decided to give it one last try. I ordered it and received it two weeks ago.

Because there are thousands of reviews for the green juice powder on many different websites, I’ll go over a few things you might read to help you to summarize the product.

I’ll start from the beginning and share my thoughts on the product step by step…


What is Organifi Green Juice?

How Does It Taste?

Now, for the taste. I tried different combinations with milk, yoghurt, and water and I liked it best with water.

I don’t know, it’s probably because it has a minty-sweet taste to it, and mint doesn’t taste as good with milk or yogurt.

It doesn’t have some specific texture since it’s powder so you won’t have to struggle with disgusting mixtures like I did in some diets.

I also tried combining it with different foods and ingredients, and it paired well with some.

But, since it’s a matter of taste, it’s up to you to decide what type of combinations you like best and what you think it’s most suitable with the taste of the organic green juice.

Anyways, it’s better than the other things I’ve tried.

I live a very fast and stressful lifestyle, so getting enough fruits and vegetables is an issue for me, or any cooked or healthy mean if we’re being honest here.

Snacks and fast food delivery are the most convenient option, so I’m left with an excess of calories and unhealthy fats and a deficit of healthy vitamins and nutrients.

But, Organifi Green Juice is a simple and fast way for me to get what my body needs without spending too much time (which I don’t have anyhow, so…).
